Agency Sales Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Agency Sales – Lead to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, managing the end-to-end sales process, and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Digital Sales, Digital Marketing, New Business Development, and Key Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:
    1. Business Development & Sales Execution:
      • Identify and research potential clients across various industries.
      • Develop and implement outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
      • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
      • Craft compelling pitch decks tailored to client needs and deliver impactful debriefs to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements.
      • Present and pitch agency services, including digital marketing, branding, creative campaigns, social media, and performance marketing.
      • Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and revenue goals through strategic selling and relationship-building.
  • Client Engagement & Strategic Insights:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client objectives and offer customized digital marketing solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and pitches that align with client needs.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and emerging service demands.
  • Provide feedback and insights to refine service offerings and strengthen competitive positioning.
