Assistant Producer

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Producer to support our production team in bringing creative visions to life. This role involves assisting with creative development, project coordination, and production management while staying ahead of industry trends to enhance storytelling techniques.

Creative Support:

• Collaborate with the creative team to refine and execute creative concepts.
• Prepare materials for brainstorming sessions, ensuring ideas are effectively developed and communicated.
• Assist in identifying and implementing innovative shooting techniques to enhance production quality.

Project Management Assistance:

• Support project timelines and budget tracking to ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate coordination between departments and assist in organizing team meetings.
• Maintain relationships with production houses and line producers, selecting the right partners for each project.
• Oversee internal production budgets and implement cost management strategies.

Research & Innovation:

• Explore new video formats such as vertical video, 360-degree, and VR to enhance storytelling.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in video production and distribution platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to integrate new and innovative shooting styles into upcoming projects.

• 2-3 years of experience in video production, film, or media.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and creative development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate between departments.
• Passion for innovation in video storytelling and emerging media formats.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
