Creative Producer

Role Summary:

As a Creative Producer, you will oversee the execution of creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative and production teams. You will support creative development, project management, and research-driven innovation, helping to refine creative ideas, explore new storytelling formats, and execute high-quality productions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of industry trends, and the ability to manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Support

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop and refine creative concepts
  • Prepare materials for brainstorming sessions and ensure creative vision is effectively executed on set
  • Assist in identifying and implementing innovative shooting styles and techniques to elevate production quality

Project Management Assistance

  • Support the tracking of project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution
  • Help coordinate team meetings and streamline communication between departments
  • Maintain partnerships with production houses and line producers, identifying the right collaborators for each project
  • Oversee internal production budgets and cost management strategies

Research & Innovation

  • Research and evaluate new video formats (e.g., vertical video, 360-degree, VR) to enhance storytelling
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in video production and distribution platforms
  • Collaborate with the creative team to integrate new shooting styles into current and future projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Senior Executive Producer, Executive Producer, or similar role in a creative agency or in-house creative team
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and production expertise
  • Excellent project management skills with a history of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Proficiency in production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, video formats, and emerging creative trends
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex production challenges
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation in a production setting
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
