Director of Client Success

Role Overview

As the Director – Client Success at Asymmetrique, you will be responsible for building and scaling the Agency’s client success and revenue engine. This role will drive both PnL growth and operational excellence, with full ownership of client revenue and new business initiatives.

As a foundational leadership role, you will be instrumental in shaping how Asymmetrique scales its client partnerships, builds sustainable revenue streams, and delivers high-impact, integrated marketing solutions across Creative, Content, and Media.

Key Responsibilities
  1. P&L Ownership & Client Leadership

    • Own end-to-end P&L across client portfolios, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
    • Define and execute annual and quarterly business plans aligned with organizational goals.
    • Drive revenue through a mix of account expansion, new business acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
  2. Client Success & Portfolio Leadership

    • Own relationships with key clients as a strategic marketing solutions partner
    • Drive long-term partnerships by aligning delivery teams with client business objectives.
    • Ensure high retention, account growth, and client satisfaction across the portfolio.
  3. New Business Expansion

    • Define and lead the Agency’s new business strategy across industries and service lines.
    • Drive high-value, multi-service pitches and close large mandates.
    • Build and scale a strong business development pipeline.
  4. Operations & Delivery Excellence

    • Oversee end-to-end delivery across all client mandates ensuring quality, timelines, and profitability.
    • Build scalable operating frameworks across strategy, creative, content, influencer, and performance teams.
    • Establish strong governance mechanisms for delivery tracking, reporting, and accountability.
  5. Organizational Leadership & Team Building

    • Build and lead a high-performing Client Success and Business team.
    • Establish strong second-line leadership and scalable team structures.
    • Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance excellence.
    • Hire, mentor, and develop senior talent aligned with business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 13+ years of experience in digital/integrated agencies with strong business and operational leadership exposure. At least 2 years of owning and scaling Revenue and P&L targets.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Experience leading teams and operating successfully with cross-functional business units to create alignment around client objectives.
  • Strong business and operational mindset with the ability to scale systems, processes, and teams.
  • Excellent executive presence, leadership capability, and stakeholder management skills.
