Role Overview

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships for the company’s full suite of marketing and digital transformation services.

The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business objectives, and proposing integrated marketing solutions across digital marketing, branding, creative strategy, content, technology, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong business acumen, relationship-building capability, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunitiesfor the company’s marketing and digitalservices.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct client meetingsto understand business objectives and propose suitable marketing solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and commercial estimatesin collaboration with internal teams.
  • Participate in client presentations and pitchesto secure new business opportunities.
  • Support negotiations and assist in closing deals with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify opportunitiesfor repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling services.
  • Coordinate with internal teamsto ensure smooth client onboarding and project initiation.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and track business development performance through CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or agency environment preferred
