We are looking for a Sales Executive – Media Solutions to drive new business and build highquality client partnerships across our integrated media ecosystem.
This role requires someone who can move beyond transactional selling and position media as a growth engine across the customer journey—from discovery and consideration to
conversion, retention, and advocacy.
You will work closely with internal strategy, performance, and analytics teams to bring together media solutions that are intuitive, insight-led, and outcome-driven.
Drive New Business & Pipeline
* Identify and unlock opportunities across D2C, retail, BFSI, and emerging digital-first brands
* Build a strong, consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
* Initiate and anchor conversations with marketing, growth, and brand stakeholders Consultative Solution Selling
* Understand client business goals across acquisition, conversion, and retention
* Position integrated media solutions spanning:
* Translate client briefs into clear internal problem statements for solutioning teams
* Own individual revenue targets and drive closures end-to-end
* Maintain deal momentum through proactive follow-ups and stakeholder alignment
* Support proposal development and contribute to pitch narratives
* Stay ahead of platform, consumer, and media trends
* Identify whitespace opportunities across industries, formats, and channels
* Feed insights back into solution development and GTM strategy
* Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem (performance, search, social,
influencer)
* Ability to connect marketing activity to business impact (ROAS, CAC, CLV, retention)
* Clear communication and persuasive storytelling skills
* High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline
* Comfort operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* 1–3 years in digital/media sales, agency business development, or ad-tech environments
* Exposure to performance marketing, media planning, or growth marketing is an advantage
