Sales Executive/Manager – Content Solutions

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-impact business driver—someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals by selling content-led solutions, not just services.

If you understand how content (especially video and YouTube) drives business outcomes and can confidently sell that vision to brands, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business

  • Identify and reach out to potential brands through cold outreach, networking, and
    existing connections
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities

Pitch & Close

  • Present content-led ideas, including branded content, YouTube strategies, and IPs
  • Own the entire sales cycle—from first conversation to deal closure

Client Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead conversations with confidence and position content as a business growth driver, not just execution

Revenue Ownership

  • Own and deliver on revenue targets
  • Take accountability for closures and pipeline health

Solution Selling

  • Sell integrated content solutions rather than standalone deliverables
  • Collaborate internally to shape proposals that align with client objectives
What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 4–8 years in agency / media / content sales

Core Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
    Ability to confidently lead client conversationss
  • Proven track record of closing deals (not just managing or coordinating)
  • Persistent and proactive approach to follow-ups and conversions

Mindset

  • Street-smart and solution-oriented
  • Hustler mentality—someone who makes things happen Comfortable with ambiguity and
    ownership

Domain Understanding

  • Good understanding of content, digital ecosystem, and YouTube
  • Ability to sell ideas, not just services

Preferred

  • Strong network with brands and decision-makers
  • Experience selling content, branded content, production, or media solutions
  • Understanding of YouTube/content strategy and monetization models
