The Role

You are a modern brand thinker who sits at the intersection of culture, consumer behaviour, creativity, and technology. You help brands grow by turning business problems into powerful brand strategies and digital-first ideas that drive measurable impact and ROI. You challenge conventional marketing thinking and believe that strong brands today are built through meaningful stories, immersive experiences, smart media choices, and data-driven creativity. You bring clarity to complexity and help teams and clients see the bigger picture.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the development of brand and communication strategies that solve business challenges and unlock growth in a digital-first ecosystem
  • Translate cultural, social, and emerging digital trends into sharp consumer insights and strategic platforms
  • Leverage shifts in media, technology, and consumer behaviour to create relevance and differentiation for brands
  • Partner with Account and Creative teams to craft clear, inspiring, insight-led creative briefs
  • Shape integrated campaigns across social media, influencer ecosystems, content, performance marketing, immersive experiences, and emerging tech
  • Ensure ideas are creatively strong while staying aligned with brand objectives and business outcomes
  • Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver holistic, end-to-end solutions
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner, guiding client decisions and connecting brand vision to execution across touchpoints
  • Apply learnings from media performance, creative effectiveness, and consumer data to continuously optimize strategies
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and new revenue growth
  • Create storified, compelling, and visually strong presentations for projects, pitches, and new initiatives.
What You Bring
  • Master’s/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in brand planning, strategy, or digital-first marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, culture, media, and digital ecosystems
  • Ability to balance strategic rigor with creative thinking
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
