We are seeking an AI Automation & Workflow Developer to help design and implement the first phase of an AI-enabled Operations & Communication Automation Platform for a growing business.

• Design and implement AI-assisted communication workflows, including WhatsApp automation
• Build and optimize order management and approval workflows
• Develop automated reporting and dashboard solutions
• Create integrations across business applications using APIs and webhooks
• Leverage LLMs and AI tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
• Identify and automate repetitive operational processes

• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows
• Excel and Google Sheets automation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion

• JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience with Airtable, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
• Power BI or Looker Studio
• Exposure to ERP/SAP environments
• Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar technologies

• Direct collaboration with the founder on strategic and operational initiatives
