Role Overview

Looking for someone who really understands how video content works in the real world — not just ideation, but what makes it perform, scale, and grow.

This role is about building video-first content systems — across YouTube and beyond — not just putting out content. How to take content from idea → execution → growth, and make it work consistently. This is a video-first role. Looking for people who think in visual storytelling and platform behaviour, not
text-heavy content approaches

What You’ll Do
  • Build video-first content strategies aligned to business goals
  • Plan how content flows across formats — long-form, shorts, repurposing, distribution
  • Handle YouTube growth & ops — titles, thumbnails, CTR, retention, publishing
  • Look at performance regularly and figure out what’s working / what’s not
  • Create repeatable formats, series, and content IPs
  • Work closely with producers & editors to make sure content is platform-first, not generic
What You Should Be Good At
  • Understanding how YouTube actually works (not just theory — real execution)
  • Knowing what makes people click, watch, and stay
  • Thinking in formats and content loops, not one-off videos
  • Having a strong sense of internet culture & audience behavior (Gen Z + Bharat)
  • Being comfortable with data and using it to improve content
Experience
  • 2–5 years working on video content / YouTube / digital content strategy
  • Hands-on with YouTube Studio, analytics, and performance tracking
  • You’ve either grown a channel, built a content series, or improved performance meaningfully Work you can show:
    • Channels you’ve worked on
    • Content you’ve helped grow
    • Actual impact (views, retention, subscribers, etc.)
