Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Marketing & Events Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be street-smart, proactive, and hands-on with marketing execution, especially in offline activities such asevents and activations. Exposure to IP (Intellectual Property) building and management will be a strong advantage. This role demands strong coordination, vendor management, and interpersonal skills to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing activities, including events, activations, and on-ground promotions.
  • Support in conceptualization and building of IPs (Intellectual Properties) for the brand, from ideation to execution.
  • Manage vendors, suppliers, and internal SPOCs to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Support the marketing team in creating presentations, reports, and data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assist in creative requirements by coordinating with design teams; basic working knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop will be an advantage.
  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring flawless execution of marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track event budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing and Offline (Events/Activations/On-ground Execution).
  • Exposure to IP building (conceptualization, branding, and execution) will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reports) and PowerPoint (presentations).
  • Street-smart with excellent problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
