You will support business units by implementing HR processes, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with policies. The role focuses on operational HR delivery while contributing to employee engagement and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support & Alignment
Work with managers to understand team requirements and support HR initiatives.
Assist in workforce planning and staffing needs.
Support HR reporting and metrics for decision-making.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns.
Support engagement activities to promote company culture.
Assist in conducting surveys and follow-up actions.
Talent Management & Development
Coordinate performance management cycles and appraisals.
Support training and development initiatives.
Help identify skill gaps and arrange relevant programs.
Compliance & Policy Administration
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Assist in disciplinary cases and basic employee relations issues.
Miscellaneous / Additional Responsibilities
Support payroll administration (attendance, salary inputs, reconciliation).
