Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, experienced, and solution-oriented Sr. Manager – Integrated Communications / Group Account Manager – Integrated Communications to lead key client relationships and manage integrated mandates across the agency. This is a senior account leadership role for a professional with 8–9 years of strong agency experience across ATL, BTL, Digital, Tech, UI/UX, Media, Performance Marketing, Advertising, Events & Experiences, Influencer Marketing, and other
integrated brand-building verticals

The role requires a candidate who can independently lead clients, manage complex projects, drive integrated communication planning, and supervise execution across internal and external stakeholders. In addition to strong servicing and delivery capabilities, the ideal candidate should bring depth in research, brand planning, consumer understanding, communication strategy, and businessproblem-solving. This structure draws from the account management, campaign planning, social communication, and brand strategy responsibilities outlined in the uploaded JDs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Leadership & Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
    • Understand client business priorities, marketing objectives, category dynamics, and communication challenges.
    • Lead day-to-day and strategic client conversations with maturity, confidence, and ownership.
    • Provide proactive recommendations that strengthen business outcomes, campaign effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
    • Ensure excellent servicing standards across retainers, projects, and campaign-based mandates.
  2. Integrated Communication Planning & Delivery
    • Lead integrated mandates across Retainer / Offline Creatives / Projects / Influencer / Events & Experience execution + Hygiene Media.
    • Manage and drive multi-channel campaigns spanning ATL, BTL, digital, social, performance, media, tech, UI/UX, influencer, content, and on-ground activations.
    • Convert client needs into clear scopes, actionable plans, execution frameworks, and delivery roadmaps.
    • Ensure cross-functional coordination for smooth, timely, and high-quality implementation of all projects.

  3. Brand Strategy, Research & Planning
    • Bring a strategic lens to client businesses through research, consumer understanding, market reading, and brand planning inputs.
    • Translate cultural shifts, consumer behaviour, competitive movement, and business challenges into actionable communication strategies.
    • Partner with planning, creative, media, content, and digital teams to build insight-led briefs and integrated campaign directions.
    • Support development of long-term brand thinking while ensuring short-term communication effectiveness and flexibility.

  4. Execution Supervision & Quality Control
    • Oversee execution across internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables meet strategic intent, quality benchmarks, and timelines.
    • Supervise campaign rollouts, brand deliverables, content streams, media requirements, and experience-led projects.
    • Review outputs for consistency, alignment to brief, and relevance to brand goals.
    • Anticipate bottlenecks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong execution discipline across accounts.

  5. Team Management & Collaboration
    • Guide and supervise account teams, executives, specialists, SMEs, and interns working on client mandates.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams across creative, strategy, content, media, digital, influencer, production, technology, and experience functions.
    • Support team development through mentoring, feedback, better briefing practices, and process rigor.
    • Build a strong culture of accountability, responsiveness, and integrated thinking within the team.
  6. Performance, Reporting & Optimization
    • Monitor campaign delivery, performance indicators, and business outcomes across digital and integrated workstreams.
    • Review metrics such as campaign health, engagement, traffic, ROI indicators, and platform performance where applicable.
    • Lead reporting conversations with clients and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
    • Use data, market feedback, and campaign learnings to strengthen ongoing and future strategies.

  7. Influencer, Social & Communication Oversight
    • Oversee communication streams across social, influencer, third-party communication, and integrated campaign messaging.
    • Ensure social and digital content directions remain aligned to brand tone, business objectives, and community expectations.
    • Support monthly, quarterly, and campaign-specific communication planning in line with broader brand objectives.

  8. Commercial Ownership & Business Growth
    • Manage account scopes, timelines, budgets, and commercial hygiene across projects and retainers.
    • Identify opportunities for organic account growth and recommend new solutions based on client needs.
    • Support business development, pitch participation, proposal building, and presentation development where required.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • 8–9 years of agency experience in integrated communications, account management, client servicing, brand strategy, or related functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong exposure across ATL, BTL, Digital, Media, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Tech, UI/UX, Advertising, and Events & Experiences.
  • Proven experience in handling clients independently and managing integrated campaigns from brief to execution.
  • Strong capability in brand planning, communication strategy, market understanding, research, and insight development.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and cross-functional teams with maturity and ownership.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data and observations into strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking, servicing maturity, execution supervision, and commercial understanding in one integrated role.
